Founder & CEO Ruchika Singhal
With close to three decades of leadership experience across Media, Global healthcare and MedTech companies, I bring a deep understanding of what it takes to navigate complexity, lead with integrity and drive meaningful transformation.
My career spans roles in Marketing, Strategy, General Management, Operations and Business transformations including off-shoring. I have led high-performing large teams, managed multi-country portfolios and delivered growth in both emerging and developed markets. I have worked in media houses both in India and United states (Warner Bros, Disney, The Times of india, Zee TV) and largely in healthcare and MedTech companies in India, United States and Australia such as Johnson & Johnson, Astra Zeneca and Medtronic.
I hold an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania - one of the world's premier business schools - where I developed a strong foundation in consulting, leadership, organizational behaviour and strategic thinking.
In addition to my corporate leadership journey, I pursued my interest in holistic well-being by completing a one-year certification in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), New York. This experience has deepened my understanding of human motivation, energy management, behaviour change, and the mind-body connection. It also strengthened my belief in the transformational power of asking the right questions - a cornerstone of both coaching and leadership development.
Today, I bring an integrative, human-centred approach to leadership growth and self-improvement, blending strategic business insight with deep, reflective conversations.
More than the credentials what defines me is my passion for people. I have mentored and coached numerous professionals in the last many years, helping them unlock clarity, confidence and purpose in their leadership journeys.
Elevare Advisory is an extension of this purpose. I design and lead high-impact sessions that go beyond frameworks - focusing on real conversations, human-centred insights and practical tools that leaders can apply immediately. I bring both structure and soul to every session.

As a Global Leadership Reinvention Coach & Strategist I have myself reinvented my life and career multiple times and I know how isolating it can sometimes get when you are expected to do it all alone and figure it out. That is why I offer curated high-impact leadership coaching and real-world workshops particularly for senior professionals and teams who are navigating new roles, new markets and new companies into high visibility roles as well as for senior leaders navigating restructuring, personal disruptions, career misalignment, job loss or fatigue, toxic workplace pressures or simply looking for a career change but still not clear.
These sessions help leaders navigate change, build trust, and strengthen executive presence & influence - for strong impact and success in their first 60-90 days. I use the Framework created by me called The Reinvention Playbook™.
